Dayal describes his acquaintances from various U.S. institutions, and indicates that he plans to visit Philadelphia for the Summer. Dayal also mentions his permanent residency in the U.K., although his letterhead has a Philadelphia address.

An interesting feature of the letter is the discrepancy between the address on the letter -- 701 Park Manor Aps, 40th St. & Girard Ave, Phila (Pa) -- and the postmark and stamp on the letter, which appears to be from Sweden.
