Newspaper clipping from unknown publication, entitled "Talk on India Set for City." The article says that Sharanjit Singh Dhillonn, an engineering graduate student at the University of Oklahoma who had a previous degree from the University of New Delhi, was set to give a speech on the results of India's independence at the Cushing Hotel the next day.
