Ref. No. 9632/62 Chandigarh September 20, 1962 Dear friend, The Punjab Pra desh Congress Committee in its general meeting held on 16.9.1962 has passed the following condolence resolution. This meeting of the Member of P.C.C. expresses its sorrow over sad demise of Shri Dr. Bhagwan Singh, illustrious son of India, who has served the country and sacrificed for its freedom.
