Postcard from Mahesh Chandra to Mr. and Mrs. Ram Bagai postmarked May 22, 1967. Chandra writes about an attempt to visit Ramesh Chandra's home, only to discover he was not there. On a trip to the county hospital, he discovered that Ramesh Chandra had died on March 21, 1967.

Postcard from Mahesh and Kala "Jhaiji" Chandra to Ram and Tara Bagai dated May 26, 1967 and sent from San Francisco, California. In the postcard, the Chandras indicate that they learned of the death of Ramesh Chandra, who had died from a brain hemorrhage in Lodi, California.

The letter reads, "I have much pleasure in certifying that Lala Vaishno Das Bagai s/o L. Shanker Das Bagai was student of this school in 1906-1907. He is a high-caste Hindu and comes of a respectable family. He bore a very good character while with us."
