Letter from Govind Lal Seth inviting the recipient to a picnic party in the Qutab Minar Gardens in order to see Godha Ram Channon off as he returns to the United States. Channon will be giving a speech; “arrangements for games will be made,” but attendees are expected to bring their own lunch.
