My dear Prof Roberts,
Through your & Prof Shaw's co-operation today I have been admitted as a citizen of the U.S. I cannot adequately describe my feeling of gratefulness to you & other friends who have helped me in acquiring the right.
I herewith send you a copy of the circular regarding International Students' Reunion of which I spoke before. I hope that the Norwich University shall take part in this work.
