DESCRIPTION
Two India-West newspaper clippings from the scrapbook of Dr. Amarjit Marwah. The first, an article entitled "Sindhi Community Inspired By Dada Vaswani's Visit" and dated April 15, 1988, discusses a Los Angeles visit by Rev. J.P. Vaswani and notes Dr. Amarjit Marwah as one of the dignitaries in attendance. The second, entitled "Marwah Chosen Alumni of Year" and dated April 22, 1988, describes Dr. Marwah's designation as 1988 Alumni of the Year by his alma mater, Howard University.
