DESCRIPTION
Letter from Khizar Hayat Tiwana to Abnashi Ram, dated July 28, 1971 and postmarked from Rawalpindi. Tiwana expresses sorrow at the poor health of their mutual friend Mumtaz Kitchlew, and notes that he has written to Kitchlew's nephew Khwaja Mushtaq Ilahi about this matter. He adds that he cannot currently travel to the United States due to a travel ban because of the war in Bangladesh.
