Letter from Mumtaz Kitchlew to Abnashi Ram, dated October 19, 1970 and postmarked from Chicago. Kitchlew apologizes for not feeling "like himself" during Ram's recent visit with him in Chicago, and expresses pleasure that both India and Pakistan are prospering and making gains economically. This letter is a duplicate copy.
