Letter dated July 5, 1949 from M.S. Sigera to G.R. Channon in response to a previous letter. Sigera agreed that the dinner could be moved to the Palace Hotel. Sigera mentions that the drafting committee would have time to complete the address sometime between July 19-22, 1949.
