Draft Letter



DESCRIPTION
A letter of unknown date describing the AIDS/HIV public health crisis of India. The letter written by a ‘group of Indian academics, journalists, and activists’ shows concern for the way the Indian Government is handling the treatment of those with the virus and the prevention of the spread of the disease. The letter asks the recipient to write to the Health Secretary in India, Mr. R.L. Misra, to express concern.
