"Ahmad charges accusers trying case out of court"

DESCRIPTION
Newspaper clipping from the June 15, 1971 edition of Chicago Sun-Times about a recent lecture given at Lake Forest College by Eqbal Ahmad, one of six anti-war activists indicted on charges of conspiring to kidnap Presidential adviser Henry Kissinger and blow up heating systems in federal buildings. Ahmad refused to discuss the charges against him before the lecture because he did not want to “carry on the extrajudicial trial which began some two months ago.”
