United States Bureau of Immigration case file for Harnam Singh. This is one of a number of case files relating to 31 Indian men who were detained and investigated for unlawful entry to the U.S. between 1906 and 1913. Singh's file includes telegrams between immigration officials, an interrogation transcript, medical records, and an "alien certificate" including a photograph.
