Copy of pamphlet titled "Yugantar Circular," containing a print of a polemic titled "The Delhi Bomb," which endorses and provides a political reading for assassination attempt made on Viceroy of India Lord Hardinge in Delhi on December 23, 1912. The front page contains a note signed by Ishwar Chandra.

Do not destroy this. This together with a lot of other leaflets of a similar nature was sent to me by somebody in India. This shows that revolutionary and terrorist literature is not always sent to India from outside as is generally believed. In this case at least the process is reversed. Somebody in India evidently took it into his head to convert me to terrorism. IC.
