TRANSCRIPTION
17 West 16thStreet, New York, N.Y. November 22, 1935. Ntl. Committee on Federal Legislation for Birth Control, 1343 H.St., N.W., Washington, D.C. Dear Mrs. Hanau: This will introduce Mr. Bhaginan S. Gyanee, who plans to conduct a lecture-series dealing with ethical problems, in Washington. Mr. Gyanee was of great assistance to Mrs. Sanger in making helpful suggestions regarding her Indian visit. He became a member of the old League many years ago and is, of course, a warm sympathizer with the movement. I have told Mr. Gyanee I knew the members of our staff would be interested in more details regarding his lectures, and would endeavor to interest others. I know Mrs. Sanger would apprecia te all possible courtesies to Mr. Gyanee. As ever, Florence Rose R. Mrs. Stella Hanua, 1343 H.St.,N.W. Washington, D.C.
