Humayra Bobby, Jahura Hobby, Tahura Holly, are sisters who created their own businesses: skincare, professional makeup services and jewelry to provide community based needs. Their sister Shakira Khanam helps all the businesses. Their father Rezaul Karim is an entrepreneur who opened his own stores in the early 2000s.

Jahura Hobby worked as a freelance makeup artist since 2011. In 2017 she opened the JHobby Makeup Studio. Jahura says the studio serves as a central location where she can do makeup trails. She and her team travel on sight for bridal makeup services. Jahura is one of metro Detroit's Bangladeshi Women Entrepreneurs.
