Tariq Abbas was born in Aligarh, India on July 23, 1942. He was the second (and eldest son) of seven children, with four sisters (Roshan, Zehra, Faiza and Ghazala) and two brothers (Anis and Shams). She shared differences between the Parsi community in New Delhi and Mumbai. She also shares in detail her ancestral history since the British colonial rule in India. She described her migration experience of coming to Falls Church, Virginia in 1990s.
