Telegram from J.J. Singh to G.J. Watumull dated March 7, 1944 regarding a bill proposed by Senator William Langer that would permit approximately 3,000 natives of India who entered the U.S. prior to July 1, 1924 to become naturalized U.S. citizens. Singh informs Watumull that he has written to Clare Booth Luce to introduce a similar resolution in the House.
