Das writes in support of the naturalization of Indians who reside in the US. Das wrote that he obtained American citizenship in 1914 and believes the current American immigration laws are discriminatory.

Singh states that because the Chinese were allowed a quota for citizenship, Indians should also be allowed a naturalization quota. Singh notes that Indians were previously allowed citizenship up until 1923.
